Dozens of Civil Cases Filed Against Former Affordable Cremation Solution

A Lewiston cremation business faces a dozen lawsuits as they allegedly allowed the bodies of deceased family members to decompose and languish for extended periods. Representing the plaintiffs is Attorney Meryl Poulin of Gideon Asen LLC. She represents eight civil complaints alleging the mishandling of the remains of 5 deceased family members. As Gideon Asen LLC filed these cases earlier than other plaintiffs, Meryl’s clients will be the first in line for trial.
