Judge denies motion to dismiss case against Dollar Tree.
Gideon Asen represents Diane Martin in a lawsuit concerning injuries she sustained after a truck crashed into a Dollar Tree in Ellsworth. The Complaint alleges that Dollar Tree was negligent in failing to have appropriate protective bollards in place outside the store.
