Taylor Asen Testifies of Bill to Expand Legal Education in Rural Maine
On February 9, Taylor testified at the Maine Legislature on behalf of L.D. 1924, An Act to Expand Access to Justice in Rural Maine through Legal Education, a bill sponsored by State Senator, Troy Jackson, that would create a satellite law school clinic in Northern Maine. Taylor’s testimony focused on the shortage of lawyers and access to legal services in much of rural Maine.
