Portland Couple Sues Unlicensed Driver
A Portland couple has sustained injuries in a head-on car collision involving a driver that should have lost his license a month earlier. The injured parties have since filed a lawsuit against the driver, who crashed into the couple while fleeing a traffic stop by Oxford Police. The complaint alleges that Ethan Rioux-Poulios was negligent, and failed to operate his vehicle reasonably and safely when he crashed his pickup truck into the couple’s SUV. Taylor Asen of Gideon Asen LLC is fighting on behalf of the injured parties who might never fully recover.
