One Percent for the Planet
Ben and Taylor believe that businesses have an obligation to preserve the planet, so that it will be safe, habitable, and prosperous for our children and grandchildren. For this reason, Gideon Asen has jointed 1 Percent for the Planet, a group of businesses that make a commitment to give one percent of their revenues to qualifying environmental nonprofits. Gideon Asen has already donated thousands of dollars to over a dozen non-profits throughout Maine and northern New England.

Maine Adaptive: Sports and Recreation for People with Disabilities
Gideon Asen is proud to support Maine Adaptive, a wonderful organization that provides year-round recreational opportunities for adults and children with disabilities. Maine has some of the greatest outdoor recreation in the world, and Maine Adaptive ensures that disabled Mainers have the opportunity to enjoy our state to the fullest. As a firm that represents persons with disabilities, we are committed to doing our part to ensure that Maine Adaptive continues to provide opportunities to its current and future clients.
